Ways to take action 

• ​Call the Premier at 416-325-1941 to request that they focus on funding what kids need through the provincial budget. 

• I have been canvassing Toronto Danforth with a petition related to school funding to be tabled in the Ontario Legislature. You can download to collect signatures here, thank you to our MPP Peter Tabuns for supporting!
• Hands Off Our Schools has a form message you can send to the Premier, the Education Minister and your MPP about reinstating democratically elected trustees 
• Join and follow these groups:
  • Fund Our Schools -  they have a form message you can send to the Premier and Education Minister and are holding regular actions
  • East End Parents 4 Public Education on Facebook to receive updates and discuss community actions 
  • Toronto Education Action Network is a network of parents and community groups mobilizing for public education on whatsapp, you can complete a form to join here
